This is how the renewed clit sucking toy with liquid air technology feels like

This is not my first clitoris sucking vibrator. If you have read my reviews you know how different these can be in functionality, strength and feeling.

From the Satisfyer range I tested the Pro 3+ and that has been my favourite so far from all of them. To me the cap feels like lips and I enjoy it around my sweetest spot. Even though I have to add here that it is possible to buy extra tips for the Pro 2+ that are similar. Those tips would work with the Pro 3+ as well, so actually there are 3 different kinds of tips available now. The 2 that are given with this vibrator and the 3rd one - Desire Enhancer tip - that you can buy separately. 

 

But at the same time I am constantly curious and looking for all kinds of pleasure, different sensations and possibilities. So when I saw the Satisfyer - Pro 2 Generation 3 - Double Air Pulse Vibrator with a new kind of cap I was super intrigued. It looks quite similar to the Pro 2+ which is the most famous of the whole series, but there are changes.

So let’s see how my experience has been with the Satisfyer Pro 2 Generation 3.

There are 2 toys in the Satisfyer Pro 2 Generation 3 range with double air pulse. The more “generic” one, that I'm testing now and the other one with the added App functionality. They are also different in colour. The App version is a bold wine red colour with white caps, and mine is this light greyish/lavender, which is totally not my colour. It is kind of an “unsexy” colour for me, but this is subjective, so it doesn’t mean that this toy is not good.

 

When you open the box, the inner cover which is usually about the toy and inspiration, here all it is about how good the App is, while this toy can’t be connected to the App. I personally find this annoying. When I have a new toy I want to know how good it is and not how good it is not and what to buy next. I just don’t understand the flex from Satisfyer.

The body of the Satisfyer Pro 2 Generation 3

The vibrator itself has a nice, smooth silicone finish, a very ergonomic shape and a good weight distribution. I love how it feels in my hand and it is nice to hold it. I complain a lot about the buttons of toys, but here I am happy with the buttons. I can feel where exactly they are and it is easy to remember and control the functions with them, so this is satisfying. 

Waterproof feature

This is an IPX7 waterproof toy, which is one of the highest options in protection and means that the vibrator can be submerged for about 30 minutes and up to 1 metre without any problems.

The caps

There are 2 caps in the box, the classic Air Pulse cap and the new Liquid Air cap, that is designed to imitate the feeling of surge of pulsing water. So of course I couldn’t wait to try it.

 

It is very easy to change and clean the caps. When you look at them the difference is that the Air Pulse cup is open in the middle like a donut and the Liquid Air one has a very flexible, thin membrane on the top, that doesn’t leave any empty areas in the middle, in a way it is like a drum.

When I started to check the Liquid Air cap, it looked very promising. I could see the thin membrane moving. According to Satisfyer this cap simulates the sensual surge of pulsing water and this is actually true. However it is not exactly the same feeling as a shower head directed towards my clitoris. It feels like a softer and more “spread” sensation.

The buttons

The toy has 3 buttons. The middle one turns on and off the pulse functions. Pressing it again you get more intensity, the top button allows you to decrease the pulsation intensity. The button at the bottom is for the vibrations. You can turn it on and go through the intensities and functions. It always starts with the lowest vibrations and goes further with every press.

 

The vibration function

I personally like the smaller, more padded head of the Pro3+ for the vibrations than the classic head of the Pro 2+ because the vibrations come from a bit of a longer distance. But the Liquid Air cap with the membrane actually is the perfect tool to spread the vibrations all over the clitoris. It feels amazing. So the Liquid Air cap is an amazing add on with the vibration for me.

 

The air pulse function

The air pulse function with the original cap is intense. It starts with really light pulses and goes up to super powerful ones. When the cap totally covers the skin the toy is medium quiet, but when it doesn’t so the air can go under the cap the toy is loud. Using the Liquid Air cap is somewhere between. The more intense the pulse function is the louder it becomes. Not as loud as with the extra air underneath the cap, but it is certainly not quiet. 

The pulsations with the Liquid cap feel a bit different than with the original cap. It is not more or less pleasurable for me, but kind of the same. 

The air pulse function and vibration together

This is when the sensation is amazing. The pulsation and the vibration together with the Liquid Air cap is the real deal for me. But I have to add here that as I said before the more intensity means that it will become louder. 

Using the original cap feels intense and very pleasurable too, I just prefer the Liquid Air cap much more. 

It charges with the usual Satisfyer magnetic charger, and holds the charge well. There is no extra bag for the toy in the box, which I miss a bit.

Conclusion:

I find that the new Liquid Air cap added more pleasure potential to the toy, especially regarding the vibration function, hence can spread the vibration more. It is a very unique sensation that is similar to waves of water. 

Using the Liquid Air cap makes the pulsating functions louder even on the skin.

I wish this set would have the so-called Desire Enhancer tip which is similar to the Pro3+ head because I personally love the feeling of that tip even more than the simulations from the caps that come with the Pro 2 Generation 3.

The body of the Pro 2 Generation 3 is heavier and bigger, and much more ergonomic. The whole toy is much easier to hold and manage. The buttons of the Pro 2 Generation 3 are also much better than the buttons of the Pro 3+. Easy to find them and manage them. 

I like that I have more options because of the Liquid Air cap and use this cap way more than the original. Having the Desire Enhancer tip as well would make this toy even better.
