We always ship in discreet extra strong packaging with absolutely no indication of the products being delivered. We actually double pack all orders and sometimes even triple pack. The external packaging is always a strong weather proof unbranded grey plastic mailer that will keep the package well protected from the elements and prying eyes.
There is no indication from the outside of the packet the contents or who it was sent by, the courier will not even know the contents of the package. We take your privacy super seriously and can 100% guarantee discretion and privacy.
We are so discreet about 30% of our orders are delivered to work addresses so rest assured you're safe with us.

We ship most of our orders on the same day as they are ordered, if they are ordered before 4pm (weekdays). We always carry a huge amount of stock on all our main selling product lines so we can quickly dispatch your orders. Over 99% of all orders dispatch same or next day (we'll get to 100% if it kills me), so with PlayBlue it really is a case of Order today and have it tomorrow.
Our courier only collects weekdays so orders placed after 4pm Friday will be collected by the courier on the next working day, usually Monday for delivery the next day.
In the really rare occasion we have a stocking glitch or a run on a product you ordered there will at most be a delay of a couple of business days but we will let you know first.
We display stock levels on our products so you can easily see what we have in stock and ready to go.
Our courier service offers next working day delivery anywhere in Ireland north and south. So once we dispatch you will receive an email and can expect delivery the next working day. There is a tracking code and full details on the courier service we used.
Our courier service operates Monday to Friday with deliveries during the working day, so please give us an address where you will be available to accept delivery. Don't worry it can be a work address, we can guarantee utter discretion, the courier will not even know what is in the package.
Our courier generally also rings first to confirm delivery location and details so please keep your phone on. A valid Irish phone number is vital for courier delivery or the delivery will be delayed.
If we hit a snag in our service we'll let you know straight away and tell you the problem and how long delivery will be, but rest assured we will do everything we can to ensure the quickest delivery time.
If for some unknown reason you don't get a dispatch email from us after 3 or 4 business days, please email or call and we'll sort it out. We may ship part of your order if there is going to be a delay with a potion of your order and we may also ship multiple orders together to reduce shipping costs if possible.
We believe in the simple life. We just want to make it as straightforward as possible for you to order from PlayBlue. We also want to make it fair and easy to use.
So spend €20 and we'll ship it for FREE anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland. If you spend less than €20, go back look again I'm sure you can find something else that tickles your fancy otherwise I'm afraid we will have to charge you a small contribution to shipping of €4.
We use a couple of different courier companies depending on the size of the parcel. Most are shipped using GLS Couriers which is who we recommend and are our default shipping option. We may ship smaller orders using An Post to keep costs down though.
Please make sure you choose an address you are available to collect the parcel at as we are unable to change the shipping address once it has been dispatched.
Order before 4pm on a Workday and the courier will collect same day. Order After 4pm and the courier will collect it the following day.
Order before 4pm on Friday and the courier will collect it Friday but it won't deliver until Monday (assuming not a bank holiday). Order after 4pm on a Friday the courier will collect it on Monday and deliver it Tuesday. Ok?

NB:- No pickups or deliveries on bank holidays. Also An Post may deliver Saturday but no guarantee.
We will ship in normal post if this is more convenient for you but we can't guarantee Next Day Delivery though they do deliver over 80% next day. For us to use Standard Post you will need to choose this option in the checkout process.
We should state that parcels will be sent in the normal post, they are usually super reliable but there is no track and trace and if a parcel is undelivered for whatever reason we will need to wait for the return to sender before re-processing the order.
If you are not home when the postman tried to deliver your parcel you will receive a note stating that delivery was attempted and your parcel can now be collected at the local post office depot. If you fail to collect it within the 5-7 days they give you, it will eventually find its way back to us.
Unfortunately because we need to hire extra staff to bring parcels to the Post Office and we also usually get charged more to ship Standard Post as the charge is based on weight, we have had to add a €2 surcharge to Standard Post to help us cover these additional costs. You can of course avoid this surcharge by using the Courier delivery option.
We will sometimes ship smaller orders with Standard Post at no extra charge in an attempt to keep costs down. But we will also sometimes ship Standard Post orders using our courier if the order is prohibitively heavy or the cost of the order is too much and needs to be tracked.
Shipping to Northern Ireland is the exact same as to the rest of Ireland. The same free shipping rules apply and all the same shipping options are available.
Next Day Courier delivery is free to orders over €20
Shipping to the UK usually take 2-3 business days and the shipping options we offer are Standard Post free for all orders over €30 and Express Registered Delivery again 2-3 business days but tracked and insured and costs an extra €3.50.
Orders under €30, Standard Post costs €5 and Express Registered Delivery is €8.50.
Until we can get a reliable affordable shipping option outside of the Ireland & the UK we have stopped shipping anywhere else.
If you would prefer to not get the parcel delivered to your address but would rather collect it yourself for whatever reason. We will then dispatch it to the local GLS Depot of which there are 9 at the moment.
When we dispatch your order, the following business day the package will be available to collect at the local depot. For instance if we send you a dispatch email on a Wednesday you can collect on Thursday. If you get the dispatch email Friday the parcel is available on Monday etc.

Another popular option is the Parcel Motel which is like a little hotel for your parcels. You can get a delivery sent here and then collect it yourself. Check it out for yourself on their website. They have pickup locations all over the country and are growing rapidly.
When shipping to Parcel Motel we use our standard courier delivery and the Parcel can be tracked to Parcel Motel, but once the parcel arrives to the Parcel Motel Depot in Dublin or Belfast you will get full tracking information from your Parcel Motel account.
N.B. To use Parcel Motel you will need to setup an account with them and read the explanation of how their services works. We have no affiliation with Parcel Motel and you will need an account with them for us to use them.
It is very important you include your PMID number on your shipping address when using Parcel Motel.
We want you to be 100% totally satisfied and we really mean that. So if you have a problem with your product or some question between ordering and dispatch or any other reason just send us an email with your order number and the problem and we'll get back to you and we promise we'll sort out whatever the problem is.
Unfortunately we can't cancel an order that has entered dispatch though.
