Where is my Delivery?

Unlike most Irish online sex shops we actually have a warehouse and stock our items. We ship the majority of our orders with the same day dispatch for next day courier delivery.

Over 99% (as of May 2017) of our orders dispatch same or next day. But we do accept that the odd time there are problems which no matter who's fault it is, is our responsibility.

Here are the best steps to follow if you want to check on your delivery.

1. Check the Shipping Email

Depending on the delivery method chosen during checkout you will have a tracking code link on your dispatch email. When we ship your order we include a tracking link in the dispatch email and this records the progress of your order through the courier delivery system.

If you check it straight away after we ship it might not have been picked up by the courier yet and might not have any tracking information. But once the courier arrives they scan the parcels and the tracking should be shown.

We use GLS as our main courier. If they arrive and you are not there they will try to contact you and leave a calling card with contact details. Alternatively you can contact the courier directly to organise the shipment to be delivered.

2. If your parcel shipped with Standard Post

If you choose Standard Post as the delivery option or Parcel Motel then we will not have any tracking information and can not guarantee next day delivery. You will still receive the shipping dispatch email with all the details of your order.

If your postman tries to deliver while your not home you should receive a parcel slip in through the letter box asking you to collect it at the local depot.

If the parcel is not collected it will be returned to us after about 7-12 days at which point we contact you to re-organise delivery.

3. If you choose Parcel Motel

If you choose to ship using Parcel Motel we hand deliver it to the Parcel Motel depot. We also include a full tracking message with the shipping email.

We find in our experience it arrives at Parcel Motel next day but may take an extra day to reach your chosen pickup point or in really busy periods for Parcel Motel.

4. Depot Collection

With Depot Collection you have chosen to pickup the parcel at your local GLS courier depot. There are 6 throughout the country. It will be available to collect the day after dispatch at your local GLS depot. You can contact the local depot directly to confirm your parcel is available for collection. Once we send the dispatch email it will be available for collection the following working day.

5. If you choose In-Store Pickup

We will pack this order same day unless it was placed after hours. You should receive an email or SMS once it is packed and ready to be collected. This option is the quickest as we usually pack them within the hour during business hours.

If you have not received shipping notification within 24 hours please contact us as we might have the wrong mobile number for you.

6. Am I just a little too excited?

Maybe we just haven't had a chance to get it to you yet. Just so we are 100% clear how our delivery works. All orders before 4pm on a business day will be picked up that day by the courier and will be delivered the next business day.

Orders after 4pm will be collected the next business day and delivered the following day. Our courier doesn't pickup or deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

NB:- No pickups or deliveries on bank holidays. Also An Post may deliver Saturday but no guarantee.
