2023 has been a bit of a rollercoaster year. We seem to be lurching from crisis to crisis and the media seems to dwelling on doom and gloom and there has been plenty to dwell on. Early summer was lovely then the summer turned into a PlayBlue night out wet and warm.
As usual at PlayBlue it has been busy busy busy. All the usual things got done and a few extra.
Brand New Design - For the first time in about 4 years we redesigned the whole website this year and made it easier and much faster to use.
Hundreds of New Products & Brands - Innovation doesn't stop and we keep stocking all the best there is.
Viktoria SexCoach - Viktoria is still creating amazing social media content and blogs and sex toy reviews she literally never stops.
An Post Deliveries - We moved to An Post as our main courier outside of Dublin. We have seen our delivered next day rate rise to over 90% and number of lost parcel we could count on one hand.
Same Day Dublin Deliveries - GRAB in Dublin still delivering same day 7 days a week totally free of charge. Amazing crowd and brilliant service.
PlayBlue Charities - A COVID initiative that we are quietly proud about that is still going strong. PlayBlue still give €1 from every order to our Charity partners who really do amazing work.
Product Reviews - Trust Pilot still thinks we are great with Over 1,000 independent customer reviews and we have also introduced product reviews and have collected and published almost 3,000 so far this year.
PlayBlue Videos - Added 100s of new product videos that bring the reality to our customers and of course we plan to continue with 100s more in 2024
PlayBlue DeadlyDeals - Our Deadly Deals continues to grow from strength to strength. If you are not on the Newsletter you are missing out.
The trends in the industry continue to go mainstream. Lube sales have continued the 2022 trend and are exploding in Ireland and that is a great thing as you know my mantra everything is better with lube.
Male masturbators also seems to be continuing their slow march to mainstream with constant growth in sales and the products we sell. The selection now in male masturbation is incredible.
It was also the year Satisfyer came back to PlayBlue with a bang and as the primary Satisfyer Irish Partner we are delighted to continue to bring their whole range to the great Irish public.
2023 was a year of consolidation and the troubles around the global definitely cause us all to pause. A little sexy PlayBlue delight still seems to be a simple joy we can all continue to indulge and look forward to a brilliant 2024.

Our suppliers I know we argue and bash heads sometimes but you really have our backs and we appreciate it so much.
