PlayBlue - Click & Collect
We at PlayBlue love when our loyal online customers come visit us in-store in Dublin. The mystic aura of a sex shop slides away and they realise it is just a cool shop like any other that just happens to sell incredible sex toys.
Since COVID Click & Collect has become a larger and larger part of our business. Today (August 2024) just under 8% of our orders are for in-store collection, about 1 in 12. We see a trend where customers who would have purchased in-store are now converting to Click & Collect same convenience just a quicker experience.
PlayBlue Click & Collect Experience
To order Click & Collect with PlayBlue it’s simple. Just browse the website as normal adding products to the basket and checkout. You will still be asked for the Email address as normal then you will then see the Delivery options. If you choose "Pickup in store" you will see this.
Now Just complete payment and you are done.
You will receive an order confirmation email (check spam if you don’t) and when we pack it, usually minutes later you will receive an order ready email. Then whenever suits just pop in-store to collect. It will be packed ready to go and we will hold it as long as you want too. You will need some ID and depending on the order the payment card used as security.
If you arrive in-store before the order is packed no problem just tell our staff member you are here to collect an order with the order number and we will pack it straight away. Everything available on the website is available in stock for click & collect no waiting.
