We’re delighted to launch a new initiative at PlayBlue to make the experience of ordering off PlayBlue even better. We want you to be delighted with every aspect of ordering off PlayBlue including the delivery.

There is nothing worse than chasing a delivery guy and waiting for a call back or getting a sob story down the line when you don’t really care, you just want your PlayBlue goodies delivered. Well we feel your pain and as the one step of the process of ordering off PlayBlue that we have the least control, it frustrates us too.

Our new Track & Chase system is us trying to actively do something about it and helping you just get your delivery. Well from now on at PlayBlue we will do the donkey work for you.

We will actively track every order after they are handed to the courier and track them on their journey. If there is a stumble in the delivery we’ll be on it before you even know about it. We want to take the hassle out of deliveries to make it an even better experience.

Let me also say that honestly our primary delivery partner GLS are generally brilliant. While trialing this new service we have been tracking every shipment out the door and they really do a great job. Parcel Motel also works really well and the vast majority of orders are arriving next day as advertised. That does not mean that we all can’t do better and that is what we plan to do.

What this Track & Chase means in practice is that our systems monitor the tracking of every order after they leave our warehouse. Then if something is flagged we will manually review these orders and chase the courier for a solution, usually before you even know that there is an issue. Hopefully then we can nip any problems in the bud and ensure our products arrive to you as quickly as expected.

You don’t have to do anything to use Track & Chase we will do it on every order as standard for FREE. You should never have to chase an order that is our job now. We may of course need to contact you if we need some information for the courier to complete delivery but we will keep you informed on the progress of your order.
