First of all, let me state it clear - this toy is definitely not for beginners. Many people complain about having difficulties inserting the 3rd ball. Yes, it would be quite a challenge if you don't have enough experience with anal play. I consider myself experienced, but I still had to do some "warming-up". Once fully inserted, it is quite pleasurable, but the point of the biggest pressure is not exactly on the prostate. I guess, it depends on the person's anatomy. I actually found that it touches the prostate better if I insert the first 2 balls only. So, overall, you can have a lot of fun with this toy, but as a prostate massager, at least for me - it is not up to the job.
