First for me, but it's great! If like me you're new to all this and feel intimidated by this, don't be. And in case you don't want to be looking up instructional videos my advice is a little bit of water based lube will have it slip into place nice and easy, slide both rings over the shaft and then put the digits of your preferred hand through the testicle ring and form a cage with them around the scrotum. Then use the perineum stimulator as a pull tab to slide said ring over your fingers and voila! Doable with a bush but best used with a smooth shave.
