Dynamic add on that sounds a bit too good to be true

Wands are one of the most popular vibrators, perfect for all around solo pleasure or couple play. I was testing the new Fun Factory - VIM - Extra Quiet Super Rumble Wand to see how it is compared to all the other wands I’ve tried before.

Fun Factory is a very dynamic brand. Their toys are made from premium materials, their design is modern and well thought through. So whenever I test a Fun Factory toy my expectations are high. 

The Fun Factory - VIM - Extra Quiet Super Rumble Wand is in the middle between the average rechargeable wand and a plug in one in size, weight and power (in my opinion), with an average price. But of course it is a bit more detailed than this. 

The Fun Factory - VIM - Extra Quiet Super Rumble Wand looks modern and also very inviting. I’m not “just” talking about the colour, but also about the soft and sleek silicone material that doesn’t “only” cover the head but the body also, and it is textured, so this toy is easy to hold comfortably and doesn’t become slippery while it is in your hand. The handle feels a bit padded so when I’m holding the wand I really feel like I’m owning it. The grip is unique. The length and the good balance of the handle helps with a stable hold. This is a plus.

It is easy to find the buttons even if I can’t see them. The middle one is to turn the VIM on, there is a plus and a minus button above and below it. While usually the plus button is on the top on other toys, here is the other way around: Minus button on the top, plus is on the bottom. There is a charging cover at the bottom, upon opening you can use an USB-C, so you don’t have to worry about which is the right charger. You have at least one of those for your phone, so you won’t lose it. This is smart and efficient.

The head of the VIM is big with some stimulating texture. It is flexible, so you can reach any spot easily with it, and covers a bigger area. When I switch the toy on, it is on the quieter end. The lower settings start with less intensity, while the vibrations are still rumbly. There are 5 intensities and some functions. It always starts with the lowest settings, and as the vibrations become more powerful, the VIM becomes louder and louder. When the wand is on the body, the toy is even louder. It is still much quieter than the plug in ones, but I don’t think it is extra. Maybe if the ring around the neck was also padded that would change this. To be honest the big wands are much louder, I’m “just” super picky. 

I personally love the deeper, rumblier vibrations, and I think lots of people are also into them, so they are going to be happy with the feel of these vibrations and the big, flexible head. The design is well-thought through, and I think you get a lot of value for your money.
