Have you ever heard of de-armouring?  It is a special method to help you to regain sensation in the areas where you feel numb or blocked. Especially in the vagina. (You can de-armour other areas of the body if you need too, like your throat for example.)


Most of you have probably heard of Kegel exercises to help tighten the vagina, so that you can feel more. And this helps some people. But not to everyone. And at the same time tightening doesn’t necessarily help you on its own to feel more and to become more sensitive, sometimes it actually has an opposite effect. 



The question is always this: What is helping you to live the best of your sexual potential?



The armour is what prevents you from feeling more. Almost like if you would have a wall between you and the sensations. This is one of the reasons why tightening the muscles doesn’t help you much if you have an armour.


The wall is not the perfect word here, hence the armour is not around all over your vagina, but it is more about having more numb and more sensitive areas. The armour also can be a part that is very sensitive, actually too sensitive, so your body is rejecting to really receive sensations.


De-armouring is something that you need to do gently and firmly at the same time. Giving yourself loving presence and attention is essential. The armour is caused by stored trauma and energetic blockages. When you are “working through” these areas it can feel acidic or like shattered glass. After a de-armouring session you can have a lot of dreams, and you are going to be very sensitive. You need some time to heal.

You can de-armour with your hands “only”, but it is more effective when you have a glass dildo. A glass dildo that has some curves that you can grab safely and long enough to reach any area. How to de-armour your vagina?


  1. Before de-armouring, have some time to connect with yourself. Choose some music, meditate, and most of all move. Dancing is one of the best ways to down-regulate, relax, and align with yourself. 

  2. Don’t start with your pussy. Massage your breasts beforehand. Use some pleasant, warm oil, to really relax yourself.

  3. First de-armour your vulva. Use your hands and a good lube to do this. That is enough for the first time. Cup your vulva, and slowly massage your labias. When you feel that there is a numb or super sensitive area press your fingers more firmly. Breath deeply. Be present. It is going to hurt so go superslow. Your breathing and holding tight - slowly massaging are the tools to move through the blocks.
    Always respect yourself. If you feel that it was enough, stop, and come back another time.

  4. Always wait for your body to say yes before going deeper. Start with steps 1 and 2 before focusing on the vaginal opening. You will find that using a glass dildo feels somehow different and the firmness helps to go through the armour faster.
    De-armour the vagina in a series of occasions going deeper and deeper every time and only when your body is in agreement with it.

Ground yourself, be very gentle, relax, drink enough water, give your body time to loosen up and embrace the new, more free and sensitive state.
