2 sides of softness and lots of effortlessness

I have considered several times to order a Splash Blanket, but it was only available in Australia, and it has just seemed so complicated. I was looking for alternatives for a while, but nothing came even close to it. 

 


Why did I want a Splash blanket in the first place? 


The most obvious reason of course is the waterproof feature. 

Not only because of my squirting, but also I love to use it during my period for extra protection, the same is true for massages. Some people have even used them during childbirth.

This part works amazingly. I have never had any leakage. Everything was dry underneath.

But it is also very sensual

Of course there are other sheets and blankets that can keep your bed dry, especially the vinyl sheets. They provide a lot of freedom, and it is easy to clean them, and they are dry superfast. On the other hand, they are not very nice on the skin. 

The splash blankets on the other hand are very sensual, and such a nice feel. One side is velvety plush, the other side is fluffy sherpa, so that you can choose the right one for your mood.

When you want to clean them, just pop them in the washing machine on a basic cycle. Please don’t use softener or bleach. It dries surprisingly fast.

It is not so obvious what it is

When you look at the Splash Blanket, it looks like any other blanket, just with 2 different sides. So it is not very obvious that you have a special, sensual, super absorbing blanket for intimacy and massages and whatever else you want or need it.


What was surprising about it?


 According to the description the Splash Blanket is very good at absorbing the liquid and distributes it evenly. I don’t find this true. First of all, the sherpa side is not very absorbing (also dries faster because of this) in my opinion. The velvety side is different, here I can feel the absorbency. I like that I have choices about this as well. But I have to admit, that a lot depends on what kind of liquid gets to the blanket.

Does the Splash Blanket live up to my expectations?

Yes, it definitely does. I am using it very frequently, it makes my life so much easier and I enjoy the softness of the blanket as well. And now I can get them here and don't have to order from Australia.
