Is Fleshlight still king of the Masturbators? - PlayBlue Blog

Fleshlight is a brand synonymous with masturbators. They are the biggest selling male sex toy in the world. But are they still the best money can buy?
Fleshlight are simple devices done really well. At the heart of it we are talking about a flesh masturbator sleeve encased in a plastic hardshell. The sleeve, while unique when launched with its Fanta-flesh realism, is now in every major masturbator. The flashlight-like case, once a novelty, has now been copied to death. I guess this is the price of a successful innovator they get copied.

Let us look at a few of the Fleshlight like sex toys and see if we have a new champion.
Main Squeeze
The most obvious direct competitors to Fleshlight. Main Squeeze literally copied Fleshlight and even copied the Fleshlight Girls idea with masturbators modelled from famous people. Made by Doc Johnson one of the biggest sex toy companies in the world it has all the quality and feel of a Fleshlight no doubt. The addition of the Squeeze plate giving you the power to control the tightness is another great option. Doesn’t have the brand awareness of a Fleshlight but has all the quality and style and is about 20% cheaper too.
Tenga
Another male sex toy brand that has a huge international following. More known for the disposable and casual masturbators. Their Tenga Spinner range is a PlayBlue favourite. At around half the price of a Fleshlight it smashes them on price. Looks very different and doesn’t come with the same hardshell, it does have a unique ingenious spiral spinning action that acts like a rotating suction device when in use. Tenga have decades of experience making masturbators and the often quirky style might take a bit of getting used to but they have the user down to perfection.
PDX
Made by a huge American sex toy manufacturer Pipedream, PDX go for a pull no punches styling. Most of the products in the PDX range are electronic machines with sucking, spinning, vibrating functions but as pure masturbators they are basically the same as Fleshlights. The PDX Elite Air-Tight Pussy Stroker is about 40% cheaper than Fleshlight offers a similar experience with flesh-like feeling and a hardshell. Honestly the names and styling are not for everyone but hard to argue with the Masturbator.
The Girl Next Door
The bargain offering in this list. The most expensive in the range is only €19.95. Hardshell masturbators that still offer an amazing experience. Great for the masturbator curious and beginners. They probably won’t last as long as Fleshlight and I’m not going to lie and tell you the experience is exactly the same but they cost about 30% the price of a Fleshlight and will definitely satisfy.
Svakom
A real stylish brand that makes a wide range of sex toys. Their masturbators offer a range of features and are still price competitive with Fleshlight. The Svakom Robin looks great, vibrates and is a brilliant masturbator. It is hard to argue that the Fleshlight is a better buy. Similar looks with the added goodies makes Svakom a real competitor.
Satisfyer
Probably the only brand on the list that competes with Fleshlight for public recognition. Satisfyer is a catch-all brand that is probably better known for its female suction devices but it has a great range of male masturbators. The Satisfyer Men Classic is obviously modelled off the Fleshlight. It looks very similar and feels almost identical. I think the air cap is better but overall a Fleshlight copy. It costs about 50% cheaper. Is the Fleshlight really two times better?
Overall the Fleshlight is still an incredible masturbator and the experience will never disappoint. I would suggest you are paying for the brand though as rivals like Main Squeeze are near identical, and better in some aspects but are at least 20% cheaper. Then the cheaper masturbators like The Girl Next Door range offer incredible value with the Tori a fraction of the price of a Fleshlight and still feels amazing.
