Your February Intimacy Challenge (not “just” for couples)

Do you know exactly what kind of touches your body is craving for? It is easy to find out, and when you know what works for you and what does not, you can orgasm with more ease regardless if you have a lover or not.

So this month your intimacy challenge is something active, and it is about mapping your body. Last month was more about your inner erotic wiring, but this is about your body. 

What you think your body likes and what actually your body does or doesn’t want can be very different. 


Let’s see what your inner thighs are craving for


Mapping the whole body can be too big a bite to most people, but choosing one body part, and exploring it is doable and highly rewarding. 

You can do the exploring alone or with a partner. Some people map with friends, creating a safe place for “just” the mapping exploration. You can choose to map your arm if this feels safer for you.


I recommend you to do the mapping simply with the intention of being curious rather than as a challenge of turning your partner on. No expectations helps you to be present and free while you are experimenting. Consent is essential. 

Use a scale of 5 to evaluate the sensation. 5 is the most pleasurable, almost orgasmic sensation and 1 is the least pleasurable, meh, I don’t want to feel this sensation again.

Of course you can add extra information to it as well, so that you can differentiate. This is not “just” about having a number added, but for you as well to practice feeling the sensations with curiosity and openness.

According to your comfort level you can do this naked or in shorts or underwear. Still it is useful to have some textile around. Sometimes touches feel different through textile than on naked skin, so check it out.
Of course you can say no to any of the suggestions and you can add your own.

Hovering touches, when the hand doesn’t even touch the skin
Light touches with your fingertips

Pressing your palm into the skin and holding

Long, contouring stroke over the inner thigh

Kneading the thighs

Pinching the skin

Playing with warm and cold sensations

Dripping massage oil on the skin

Massaging the oiled skin

If you are mapping with a partner:


Kissing the inner thighs

Biting

Llicking

Sucking on the thighs

Rubbing your thighs to your partner’s and the other way around


According to what toys and pleasure items you have, be creative and add your own versions. Taking notes right after can be very useful, especially if you are mapping with a partner, so before you swap, please take a break and take your notes or talk about both of your experiences.
