There is a card with a link and QR Code promising free material, but when I checked this out, the page just said: “Soon we'll be offering our VIP customers some awesome, exclusive perks…”, so this was disappointing.
There is also a small booklet to introduce the toy and some other options. Unfortunately this is so general, that as the care instruction it recommends to use the Renew Powder (that is perfect for the silicone material) after cleaning. You shouldn’t do this for a clear, ice sleeve toy, because it is a different material, with different requirements, and the Renew Powder will affect the transparency of the Crystal Ice Lady. I find this sad. This toy deserves better.
What is the first impression of the Crystal Ice Lady?
Hence this toy is transparent there is not much secrecy. It has the same case though than the other Fleshlight, just clear, but the Ice Sleeve feels a slightly bit heavier. Not much of a difference though. Opening the cap the sleeve looks nice and inviting, but as most soft, jelly based materials it is sticky. You need lots of water-based lube for it. Please don’t use silicone lube.
When it is lubed up, it feels amazingly soft, and the texture is divine. It is hot even “just” fingering it.
I love, love, love the clear concept and seeing what is happening inside is such a turn on. But even from a practical perspective (I can’t help but to find practicality sexy too.) It is a surprising add on, that I can practice some fingering techniques with it as well.
The end cap allows to control the suction intensity very well.
How is it to clean the Crystal Ice Lady?
From the description this seems simple. Just take the sleeve out of the case, turn the inside out, rinse it under running water. Cold water helps to clean up the lube faster and more efficiently than warm water. Fleshlight doesn’t recommend soap to wash the sleeve, some people still use it without a problem. I have toy cleaners so I added them to the process, to ensure safety. Pat afterwards, and wait a couple of hours for it to dry.
Mine needed a lot of time to dry on its own. And while it is drying, it is out, so if you don’t have privacy, that will complicate things. I put it next to my humidifier for the second round, and that was much quicker. Some people use a hair dryer in a cold setting in order to make the process faster, which is a good idea, but please don’t use hot air for it.
As I googled what to do I found that some people use tampons in order to get rid of the water. And I think this is a brilliant idea, and doesn’t require turning the sleeve inside out, still it is fast and safe.
Cleaning is simple. It is the drying that I think makes everything a bit troublesome.
Summary:
I find the Fleshlight Crystal Ice Lady a very sexy masturbator. The transparent case and seeing what is happening inside is a huge turn for me. If I don’t count the visual impact, I find the classic SuperSkin Silicone material more pleasurable and easier to handle.
