Shipment tracking with our courier partners can be a little confusing. Our only goal is to get you your order delivered as quickly and discreetly as possible. We use An Post nationwide and Xpect SameDay Couriers in Dublin.
First off our courier labels are Super discreet, they only contain the information the courier needs to deliver. No contents details. Our name is listed as PB Ltd on the label you can see dummy labels in the image below. There is no other information on the packages and we at least double pack everything so to ensure security and discretion.

Now when the courier comes to pickup all the labels are Scanned by them. This SHOULD mean the tracking code you get when you ordered is activated on the courier system. This does not always happen especially with An Post. Often their tracking continues to list as if the parcel hasn’t been picked up. Even when you call An Post they just look at the tracking and say the parcel is not picked up yet. I know it’s a pain and we have alerted An Post a number of times about this.
If in any doubt contact us and we’ll confirm where the parcel is. We have a pickup every business day with An Post around 4-5pm and Every day (except bank holidays) with Xpect at around 1pm.
Xpect Tracking
To be honest, it is hardly worth looking for as it will be delivered before you check. Xpect deliver every day and if you order before pickup (around 1pm) it will be delivered that same night.
Saying that Xpect tracking is actually very good. You can contact the driver with instructions and see an approximate time of delivery. There is also photo proof of delivery on each parcel too.
An Post Tracking
It is detailed and gives you the steps your parcel takes including any miss-steps. If you have an An Post account (you should) you can also arrange alternate delivery or pickup too, so super handy. We have found though that it is not always 100% correct but if in doubt and it has been a couple of days contact us.
This is not enough for us. We actually chase every single parcel we ship out. Our systems will track all parcels and late ones will be flagged and manually checked and chased with our courier Account Managers to push them along or resolve any issues. All usually before you even know there was a problem.
Maybe we are control freaks but once we hand the parcel over to the courier it is the only segment of the purchase process we don’t control so we try our best to chase and check every single step of the way to ensure you get your parcel as quickly as possible.
