We are on the constant look out for ways to improve our site and service and came up with the idea of sending an SMS (txt message) out when the order has shipped.
We already send an email but some people choose to not give us the email address for whatever reason. We do require a phone number for the courier and thought it might help to keep people informed if we send out a courtesy SMS with the shipping details.
We would hate people to think we’re going to start txt spamming and would never start sending out unsolicited emails or TXTs, our only aim here is to try to keep our customers as informed and up-to date on the progress of their PlayBlue order as we possibly can?
We’ve started sending these SMS messages out today on a trial to see how it goes.
