m.c. Product is awkward to use

Left very disappointed as I was expecting a well designed product however it had only been used once for maybe 20 minutes (if im lucky 😳😂) and then when I tried to use it a second time it just snapped on me, which was a tad on the stingy side in such a delicate area. Not sure if possible a size issue as it seemed pretty good on the first and only attempt to use it.
